There is plenty of self-help and supportive information (diet, exercise, meditation for example) online. However, when things start to feel out of control, overwhelming or distressing and these feelings affect your everyday life: work, relationships and general wellbeing it’s worth thinking about talking to someone. Talking to friends and family can be helpful but sometimes speaking to someone independent of what’s going on in your daily life who has the time and space to listen is needed.
