The quick 30-minute sessions below explore practical ways to reduce stress, feeling overwhelmed and burnout and focus on how nature can be useful when looking to cultivate a greater sense of wellbeing, and improve mental and physical health.
These took place during Mental Health Awareness Week and were created specifically to help the architectural community with issues such as stress and burnout.
