When times get tough and things become overwhelming, we can help you get back on track, improve your quality of life and support you to manage or overcome physical or psychological stress.
We are here to support the architectural community and their families and can help you in a range of ways during your working life, or once you have retired.
If you are an architect, landscape architect or architectural technologist, or have been an employee for an architectural practice in the UK we may be able to help. For more information on who we can help please see our eligibility checker below.
Our support is impartial, confidential and flexible – we respond to your individual circumstance and find you the right support, often in a matter of days.
We hope to support people to reach a point where they are no longer in need of our help.
Please use the eligibility checker below as a guide to whether we may be able to help you, or call us on 020 3918 8588 or email help@absnet.org.uk to talk to one of our Welfare Team.
