Anxiety Arch

Anxiety Arch

#AnxietyArch is a visual tool for raising awareness about common mental health conditions such as anxiety, stress and anxiety based depression.

We created the Arch to:

  • represent the people in the architectural community that we help as a charity
  • symbolise the self-supporting nature of the help we provide; enabling people to help themselves

Sharing what causes you stress and anxiety and how you look after your mental health could benefit people living with mental health problems by:

  • showing that they are not alone
  • giving ideas of ways to cope that may help.

You can get involved online by printing off these bricks, writing on them and taking a photo.  Share the photo on social media, tagging us in it and #AnxietyArch.

Please fill in your red and black bricks today! Tweet them to us @ArchBenSoc #AnxietyArch and we will share them!

  • Mental Health Support

We are now able to offer practical support to people experiencing anxiety, stress or anxiety based depression through our partnership with Anxiety UK.
  • Ambassadors

Our ambassadors are volunteers who help us to raise awareness of the work we do or fundraise for us in regions all over the country.
  • Corporate Supporter Scheme

Our new scheme is a great way for companies to give back and demonstrate a commitment to supporting the wellbeing of people in the profession.
