Fly the coop, get outside, and soar through the vibrant streets of London in our electrifying 5km fun run, brought to you by ABS and Eric Parry Architects. We’re challenging individuals and teams to hen-semble their strengths, not just for the thrill of the run but to feather the nest for a fantastic cause – raising funds and awareness for ABS Welfare Support Services.

Marc Cairns, New Practice
Marc Cairns, Managing Director at New Practice in Glasgow and London, leaned on ABS for support when their team faced the loss of member Emma in a tragic traffic incident. Amidst his own grief, Marc sought swift help for his team, leading him to ABS. The response was quick and comforting – ABS offered free access to mental health resources and the option of therapeutic support for New Practice team members. Marc appreciated the unique understanding ABS brought to the table, making seeking help a more approachable journey. He emphasised the importance of reaching out, drawing from his personal experience, and expressed gratitude for the community fostered through events like the ABS Chicken Run.

Volunteer with us!
Become a vital part of the ABS Chicken Run 2024 as a volunteer marshal!
Lead and support runners along their 5km route through the vibrant streets of London, ensuring both their safety and the correct course. High-visibility gear will be supplied, and all marshals are cordially invited to join the lively afterparty, featuring delicious food, refreshing drinks, and an exciting raffle.
Arrive promptly by 9:15 am to receive your designated position and high-vis attire, with the race set to kick off at 10 am. Let’s make this event a clucking success together!
