We are delighted to welcome Kuljeet Sibia to our Board of Trustees.
Kuljeet is the founding Director of Diverse Dialogues, a consultancy focused on embedding design quality, equity, and social sustainability into the way we shape and deliver our cities. With over 15 years of cross-sector experience spanning architecture, urban regeneration, planning, public realm delivery, housing, and research, she brings a powerful blend of strategic insight, lived experience, and deep empathy to her work.
An advocate for gender-informed and inclusive design, Kuljeet has delivered high-profile projects for the Mayor of London and the London Legacy Development Corporation, and she serves on several Design and Quality Review Panels. She is also a UN Women UK CSW ’69 participant.
In addition to her consultancy and advisory work, Kuljeet is an Associate Lecturer on the BA Architecture programme at Central Saint Martins, UAL. Through the CSM Insights Programme, she supports students from underrepresented backgrounds to overcome barriers and build sustainable creative careers.
Kuljeet’s expertise and passion for inclusive city-making will bring fresh perspective and energy to our mission. We are proud to have her join our leadership and look forward to the impact we’ll make together.
