Get Involved

There are different ways to get involved! Please do all or as many as you would like - even just one tweet could reach someone in need and help make a difference.

Help us build an arch with your bricks

  1. Print off these bricks
  2. Write on them both
  3. Take a photo
  4. Share the photo on social media, tagging @ArchBenSoc and using #AnxietyArch on Twitter or Instagram

Share your story and talk about it

Talking about mental health helps reduce the stigma around it. Please share your own story. Let's talk about it.

  • You can do it face-to-face or online, through social media.
  • Why not get creative and do a drawing, share a photograph or create a video?
  • Use whatever medium or platform you want.

Remember to use #AnxietyArch when posting on social media and tag @ArchBenSoc so we can be part of the conversation.

Share our stories and publicity materials

  • Share our social media posts, our articles, our website link or our publicity material with everyone and anyone that may be able to benefit from it.
  • Share it with your colleagues, friends and family within the profession.

If you would like some publicity materials or need anything from us, please get in touch with the fundraising team at the Society.

Become a volunteer, fundraiser or sign up to an event

Our volunteer ambassadors, our trustees and our fundraisers help to make the work we do happen. These are people who dedicate their time and effort into raising awareness for us on a long-term basis. We have fantastic ambassadors that help spread the message of our charity throughout the country.

Fundraisers are very important to us. The money raised through donations are vital to helping us to support more people in need. Without these donations, we would struggle to help everyone in need.

If you're interested in volunteering, fundraising or organising an event, please get in touch with us.
