We would like to say a huge thank you to all of our beneficiaries, supporters and partners in 2016.  Some of these have been featured above.  Every year, we do a Year in Review to make sure we're covering the whole of the UK and supporting those in need throughout.  We want to make sure we raise awareness of the work we do in each region, so that people who may need our help know we are here for them.

Our Year in Review looks at our annual charitable spend and donation income in each region, as well as the number of people we have helped across the UK.  You can see this information in the image below:

    We are now able to offer practical support to people experiencing anxiety, stress or anxiety based depression through our partnership with Anxiety UK.
  • Ambassadors

    Our ambassadors are volunteers who help us to raise awareness of the work we do or fundraise for us in regions all over the country.
  • Corporate Supporter Scheme

    Our new scheme is a great way for companies to give back and demonstrate a commitment to supporting the wellbeing of people in the profession.
