Student Mental Health Support

There are many reasons, including deadlines, financial worries, health, relationship and family difficulties, which cause people to experience anxiety, stress and anxiety based depression. Many find their own ways of coping, but some need support to manage these feelings and to get the balance right. This is where we can help.

There may be times during the academic year which are particularly stressful, especially when deadlines are looming. Our partner, Anxiety UK, prides themselves on being able to offer timely support to people without lengthy waiting times, usually within 2 weeks. This means that you can access support at the time when you need it most.

We know that it is not easy for many people to ask for help, especially if you are feeling anxious. We want to make the process as smooth as possible so people can access appropriate support quickly.
